A look back at the Billboard Latin Music Awards

Looking back at the fourth year in a row, as artists from Sony Music and The Orchard affiliated labels sweep the Billboard Latin Music Awards by taking home the most trophies of any label in the business.

The show aired live on Telemundo from the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, NV. Among the evening’s biggest winners, Ozuna led the pack with 11 awards—the most of any artist. Nicky Jam followed with 5 awards as the second biggest victor.  Additionally, Sony Music artists brought down the house with one show-stopping performance after another. Continuing a tradition of red-hot collaborations, Becky G and Anitta graced the stage together for “Banana” as Carlos Vives and Wisin linked up for “Si Me Das Tu Amor.” CNCO premiered their Spanglish crossover anthem “Pretend” for the first time on television.
